Q: What time can I check in?
A: Check in begins any time after 3pm. Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed.
Q: What if I want to check in earlier?
A: Based upon room availabilty, guests may check-in before 12:00pm, a $25 early check-in fee will be applied to your bill, please call ahead.
Q: What time can I check out?
A: You may check out any time before 11am.
Q: May I have a later check out time?
A: Wyndham Rewards Members are entitled to a later check out, based on availability. Requests for late check outs must be made prior to
11am on your day of departure. Late check outs are not always available. Non Wyndham Rewards members are subject to a half day charge for
late check outs.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Yes, guests may cancel their reservation anytime before 4pm on the day of arrival. If you cancel your reservation after 4pm you will still be charged for the night. Please keep in mind if you book with a third party, cancellation times may differ.
Q: Do guests have access to an elevator?
A: Yes, the elevator is located right in the lobby area.
Q: Is there an extra fee for rollaway beds?
A: Yes, a $10 fee (plus tax) is charged per night, limit to one rollaway bed per room, based upon availability.
Q: What if I forget some basic toiletries?
A: The Baymont Inn & Suites offers toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, razors, shaving cream, shampoo and feminine products free of charge
at the front desk. A Giant Food Market is located next to the hotel and is open 24 hours a day for your convenience.
Q: Does your hotel offer guest laundry?
A: Yes, the Baymont Inn & Suites provides a guest laundry area. Detergent may be purchased at the front desk for a $1 per box.
Q: Do you accommodate larger vehicle and /or truck parking?
A: Yes. We have multiple lots that can accommodate large RVs, buses, and trucks.
Q: Are you in the Poconos?
A: Yes, we are in "The Heart of the Poconos". Most Pocono Mountain attractions are just a short 10-15 minute drive from the hotel.
Q: Can I walk to attractions from your hotel?
A: It is not recommended. The Poconos is a large region and it is suggested that you have a form of transportation to move from our hotel to local attractions.
Q: Do you have a shuttle service?
A: Our hotel does not offer a shuttle service, but front desk staff can assist you in calling a local cab company, fees apply.
Q: What if I do not have a car?
A: The Pocono Pony Bus Route goes right by our hotel and have a pick up and drop off a half mile from our location. Fees apply.
Q: Do you offer smoking rooms?
A: No, the Baymont Inn & Suites no longer offers smoking rooms, the hotel is now smoke free.
Q: What are your pet fees and restrictions?
A: You may bring up to two pets. It is $10 per night. Please make sure you let us know about your pets at the time of making your reservation so that we can ensure your room is placed away from other guests with allergies.
Q: What if I'm allergic to animals?
A: Pet friendly rooms are located on the first floor only. Please request a second floor room if you have pet allergies.
Q: What are your pool policies?
A: No glass in pool area, please ask front desk for plastic cups. Food and cocktails may be brought in from the LOUNGE and enjoyed in the pool area.
There is no lifeguard on duty, guests must accompany minors at all times when swimming. Towels are supplied for guests at the front desk and can be signed out.
