Pet Friendly Policy

We want to welcome you and your pet the the Baymont By Wyndham. In order to make your stay and thew stay of our other valued guests enjoyable and safe, we ask you to follow the following guidelines:

  • Due to health standards, your pet is NOT allowed inside the pool area, the Lounge, or breakfast area. Your pet is welcome outside on our back patio.

  • Your pet must be on a leash or in a carrier at ALL times when outside of your room.

  • You MUST have total control of your pet while it is outside of your room. The hotel retains the right to exclude your pet if, in the hotel's sole discretion, your pet is considered dangerous by reason of size, disposition, or is likely to frighten or harm other guests and/or staff.

  • If you require any hotel employee to be in your room (i.e. housekeeping, maintenance, front desk associate, etc.) the pet must be either removed from the room or secured in an approved pet crate. No employee will enter the guest's room while the pet is loose. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. The hotel provides waste bags, located outside near the side entrances.

  • If hotel management receives 2 (two) or more complaints regarding your pet, alternative arrangements must be made in order to house your pet.

  • Your pet must be up to date on ALL required vaccinations & inoculations. They must also be free of any communicable illnesses and diseases. Your pet must be licensed.

  • There is a non-refundable pet fee of $18+tax ($19.62) per day. Additional fees may be applied based on inspection of the room at check out. If damage to the room is caused or alleged to be caused by your pet, you must assume full financial responsibility.

  • Hotel staff reserves the right to call the police if they believe your pet is in danger. This includes, but is not limited to, allowing them to walk off leash in the parking lot or while on property.

  • Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are NOT granted the same rights as service animals. All conditions apply to ESAs. (See front desk for clarification if needed).

If the hotel determines any failures to comply with any part of the above guidelines, you may be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without reimbursement.
